Chopin’s Study. or Etude. In C Minor Op.10 No.12 , also known as the Revolutionary Study , is a wonderfully powerful piece for Solo Piano. The demanding left-hand maintains a constant semi-quaver movement, which requires some strength to play, and gives the piece a tremendous impetus. The melody is created around beautiful crescendos and diminuendos in the right hand. This is a fantastic recital piece and a superb enrichment to any accomplished pianist’s repertoire.
